How many visits will I need?+

Acute issues typically resolve in 4–8 visits; chronic patterns in 8–12 with rehab. You get a written plan with a visit count at your first appointment — and we re-evaluate every fourth visit, not at infinity.

Do you take insurance?+

We bill most major plans directly, including Medicare. Self-pay visits are flat-rate ($65 adjustments, $120 new-patient assessments) with packages available — all pricing is published.

Chiropractor vs physical therapist — which do I need?+

Often both, which is why our care plans blend the two: joint-focused adjustment for restriction and pain, progressive loading for strength and prevention. One roof, one coordinated plan.

Can you help during pregnancy?+
