This Privacy Policy explains what information Oakline Health collects when you visit oakline.health or purchase a Product, how we use it, and your choices.
Who we are (the seller): Oakline Health, reachable at hello@oakline.health. Our business mailing address is provided on request and on every order receipt.
1. Information we collect
- Contact form: the name, email, industry, interest, and message you submit so we can reply. Submissions are processed for us by Formspree, Inc.
- Purchases: checkout is operated by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, our payment provider and merchant of record, which issues your receipt and delivers your files. We receive order and license details (such as your name, email, and what you bought) but do not collect or store your full card details — those are processed by Lemon Squeezy.
- Usage analytics: analytics are not currently active on this site. If we activate Google Analytics 4 in the future, it would collect aggregate data such as pages viewed, device type, and referrer, and we will update this policy and our cookie disclosure first.
- Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard, short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and requested page) to serve and secure the site.
2. How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and provide support.
- To fulfill orders, deliver files and licenses, and send purchase-related email.
- To maintain, secure, and improve the website.
We do not sell personal information. We disclose it to service providers only as necessary to operate the site, process purchases, and provide support, as described in this policy.
3. Service providers
We rely on a small set of named third parties, each processing data only as needed to provide its service:
- Lemon Squeezy, LLC — payment provider and merchant of record (checkout, receipts, file delivery, refunds).
- Formspree, Inc. — contact-form handling.
- Google Fonts — font delivery; your browser requests font files from Google's servers when a page loads.
- Unsplash — demonstration imagery on template demo pages loads from Unsplash's image CDN.
- Static site hosting — the hosting provider that serves this website and keeps standard server logs.
- Google Analytics 4 — only if activated (see section 1); not currently in use.
Some providers may process data in the United States or other countries. Where required, transfers rely on the safeguards in each provider's data-processing terms (such as standard contractual clauses).
4. Cookies & browser storage
The core site sets no cookies of its own. The Lemon Squeezy checkout sets cookies needed to process your order, and an analytics provider would set cookies only if activated (it is not today). You can control cookies through your browser settings.
The demo customizer: the Customize panel on our template demo pages saves your edits to your own browser's local storage, on your own device, so your work is still there when you return. Nothing you type in the customizer is transmitted to Oakline or to any server — it only leaves your device if you choose "Copy my edits" and send it to us with an order. The editor's "Reset & clear saved data" button removes it from your device.
5. Data retention
- Contact inquiries: kept up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted.
- Order and license records: kept for 7 years to meet support, accounting, and tax obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
- Server logs: retained on the schedule set by our hosting provider, typically 30 days or less.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g., the EU/EEA under GDPR or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@oakline.health from the address you used with us; we verify requests by matching them against our contact and order records and will respond within the time required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
7. Children
The site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
8. Changes
If we change this policy — for example, by activating analytics or adding a provider — we will update this page and its "Last updated" date before the change takes effect.
