These Terms govern your access to and use of the Oakline Health website at oakline.health and the website templates, related files, and services we sell (the "Products"). By purchasing or using a Product, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are: Oakline Health ("Oakline," "we," "us"), reachable at hello@oakline.health.

1. What you are buying

Oakline Health sells licensed website products and website services for health & wellness practices, built on Oakline's professionally designed templates, together with done-for-you customization, launch, and fully custom website engagements. What you receive is a customer-specific production website (or a launched website, for managed tiers) — you are buying a license and a deliverable, not the copyright to the underlying template design.

In plain language: the underlying templates, layouts, software, reusable components, design system, customizer technology, build tools, and source materials remain the property of Oakline Health. You may use the completed website for the named practice and approved domain stated in your order. You may not resell, share, sublicense, distribute, extract, reproduce, or reuse the underlying template for another business or third party.

2. License grant & service tiers

Tier One — Single Template ($599)

Tier Two — Specialty Collection ($1,699)

Tier Three — Signature Semi Custom (from $3,499)

Tier Four — Custom Practice Website (from $7,500)

Add-on services

Add-on services (launch setup, additional pages, copywriting, revision rounds, analytics, booking integration, privacy and cookie setup, stock image curation, expedited delivery) are separate order items with their own price, scope, exclusions, and timeline, as presented at purchase. Purchasing an add-on does not transfer ownership of Oakline's templates, systems, or tools. Services already included in your package are never charged again.

Template selection & changes

You may browse all public designs before purchase and change your selected template freely before production begins. Changing templates after production begins requires a restart fee ($750 for Signature Semi Custom; from $1,500 for larger custom or heavily adapted projects) and a revised schedule. Selecting a new design after final delivery requires a new license or a valid Specialty Collection entitlement.

Multi-practice, agency, and multi-location use

Separate practices, unrelated brands, and separate primary domains require separate licenses. Agencies, consultants, and multi-location organizations should contact us to arrange appropriate licensing.

3. What you may not do

4. Ownership

You own the business materials you supply — your logo, original photography, trademarks, business information, and original customer content — and, where the order expressly states it, original project-specific content created for you. You receive a perpetual license to use and modify the completed website for the named practice and approved domain, subject to the purchased package. Oakline Health retains all ownership rights in its preexisting templates, reusable source code, layouts, responsive systems, components, animation systems, customizer, build tools, development methods, internal processes, and framework. Delivery of website files does not transfer Oakline's underlying copyright or master template ownership. Working files, source repositories, internal design files, and unused or rejected concepts are not included unless expressly listed in a paid written agreement.

Capturing or exporting the appearance of a website (for example by saving, printing, or converting a page to PDF) does not transfer ownership of the underlying template or grant permission to reproduce, distribute, or use it for another business.

Attribution: delivered websites include a small "Template by Oakline Health" credit in the footer. Keeping it is appreciated but optional — you may remove it on your licensed website.

5. Support & updates

Each tier includes the support window stated in its scope (thirty days for Single Template and Signature Semi Custom deliveries, sixty days of priority delivery support across a Specialty Collection's builds, forty-five days for Custom Practice Website launches). Support covers the delivered website working as delivered; it does not include new design work, content changes, integrations, or maintenance, which are available as add-on services. Delivered websites are not changed automatically after delivery. Specialty Collection access runs twenty-four months from purchase; production builds delivered during that window remain licensed after it ends.

6. Third-party components

Templates load a small set of documented third-party components, each subject to its own license: the GSAP and ScrollTrigger animation libraries and (on Immersive templates) Three.js, referenced at pinned versions from the cdnjs CDN with subresource-integrity checks; fonts from Google Fonts; and demonstration photography served by Unsplash. Demonstration imagery is placeholder content — replace it with imagery you have rights to before launch, or confirm the applicable license terms for any demo image you keep.

7. Your responsibilities for published content (health businesses)

Demo content is fictional and illustrative. Before publishing a website built from a template, you are responsible for replacing and verifying every name, review, statistic, credential, price, insurance statement, availability claim, and treatment or outcome claim. Testimonials you publish must be genuine, authorized, and compliant with applicable advertising rules (including the FTC's rules on consumer reviews and testimonials). The built-in demo booking form does not transmit information; if you collect appointment or health information you are responsible for doing so through an appropriate, compliant service (for example, a HIPAA-capable vendor under a business associate agreement where required) and for your own privacy notices and policies.

8. Payments & delivery

Template-tier checkout (Single Template and Specialty Collection) is processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, our reseller and merchant of record, which issues your receipt. Project tiers (Signature Semi Custom and Custom Practice Website) are billed by milestone under their signed agreements. Applicable taxes are handled at checkout or invoicing. Deliverables are digital: production packages are released through secure, time-limited links after the applicable balance is verified as paid — a browser success page alone is not proof of payment. Your order records the license type, licensed practice and domain, selected template or specialty, terms version, and acceptance date. Production files, final credentials, unrestricted domain access, and final backups are released only once the applicable balance is paid.

9. Refunds

Purchases are covered by our Refund & Purchase Protection Policy. Eligible Single Template and Specialty Collection orders may be canceled within 14 days of purchase provided no customer-specific production build has been generated, accessed, downloaded, published, delivered, or used. Once production files have been generated or provided, the purchase is final except where the files contain a verified material technical defect that Oakline cannot reasonably correct. For managed services, the initial project payment may be canceled before work begins; once discovery, planning, design, content, development, implementation, or production work has started, the initial payment becomes nonrefundable and completed work and approved milestones remain billable.

A refund, payment reversal, or chargeback terminates the related license and all rights to use, publish, copy, distribute, modify, or retain access to the related Oakline website, template, files, or deliverables. You must stop using, distributing, and hosting the delivered website and delete delivered files. You agree to contact Oakline and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve billing or technical concerns before initiating a payment dispute. Filing a payment dispute does not grant a continuing license to use any refunded or reversed deliverable.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Products are provided "as is." We do not warrant that a template will meet every requirement or be error-free, and we are not responsible for how you configure, host, or operate your end website (including third-party services such as fonts or script CDNs referenced by the template). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oakline Health's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
