These Terms govern your access to and use of the Oakline Health website at oakline.health and the website templates and related files we sell (the "Products"). By purchasing or using a Product, you agree to these Terms.
1. What you are buying
Oakline Health sells single-file HTML website templates for health & wellness practices, together with an in-browser customization tool. When you purchase a Product you receive a license to use the template file(s); you are buying a license, not the copyright to the underlying template design.
2. License grant
Single Template license ($149)
- Use the purchased template for one (1) end website — your own business or a single client.
- Customize the file freely (copy, colors, images, structure) and host it anywhere.
- Unlimited edits and re-exports of that template for the permitted end website.
All-Access license ($399)
- Use any and all Oakline templates, including future releases.
- Commercial / client use: build unlimited end websites for yourself or for clients.
Semi-Custom service ($1,499)
A done-for-you engagement in which we tailor a template to your brand and launch it. Deliverables, revisions, and timelines are described at purchase or in a separate statement of work.
3. What you may not do
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the template files themselves as a template, theme, or starter kit (i.e., you may not compete with Oakline by reselling our files).
- Include the templates in any product where the primary value is the template itself (template marketplaces, "free downloads," etc.).
- Claim authorship of the underlying template design or remove embedded attribution where present.
Selling a finished website built with a template to a client is expressly permitted under the Single Template (one client) and All-Access (unlimited) licenses.
4. Ownership
You own the content you add (your copy, images, branding) and the resulting end website. Oakline Health retains all rights in the underlying template designs, code patterns, and the Oakline brand.
5. Payments & delivery
Payments are processed by our reseller / merchant of record, which issues your receipt and delivers your files and license. Applicable taxes (e.g., VAT/sales tax) are handled at checkout. Products are delivered digitally; there is no physical shipment.
6. Refunds
Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy, including a 14-day money-back guarantee on template purchases.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Products are provided "as is." We do not warrant that a template will meet every requirement or be error-free, and we are not responsible for how you configure, host, or operate your end website (including third-party services such as fonts or script CDNs referenced by the template). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oakline Health's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
